Facials are not simply skin treatments, Katie listens intuitively to the body and skin working deeper than the skins’s surface honouring the connection between skin, body, and mind supporting beauty that comes from true wellbeing.
Every treatment is intuitively tailored, Katie’s hands barely leave the face during your facial therapy and are the primary tool to her facials, allowing space for the face, body and mind to restore itself naturally. The result is not only healthier, glowing skin, but a sense of deep relaxation, balance, and renewed vitality.

During your appointment
Before we start work on your skin, I will spend a little time at your first appointment, addressing your in concerns and what you would like to improve from the treatment.
Everyone has different needs and goals, which is why I look at the whole of you. I start with a full skin diagnosis, which looks at all elements of your skin, health, and wellbeing. Please allow 15 minutes of extra time for this at your initial appointment.

You’ll experience your face cleansed and exfoliated, with the tension smoothed out. You’ll enjoy a sculpting massage to the face, neck & shoulders, plus a scalp massage. You’ll rejuvenate beneath a treatment mask, and relax fully with some nurturing finishing touches.
We will also be looking at facial mapping and the connection between the skin, mind and gut connection.

My most popular and highly rated facial is the 90-minute Reiki Facial, using my signature methodology.
Far more than just a facial and never the same twice, my bespoke facials include a combination of specialised tension-releasing, lifting and sculpting massage techniques to the face, neck and shoulders. I use gua sha (quartz crystals), Reiki (energy healing), and breathwork. This facial therapy releases stress, tension and blockages in the cells and muscles of the face and body, creating a beautiful glow inside and out.

The treatment begins with lymphatic activation, followed by myofascial release techniques and acupressure points to stimulate the meridian channels. Gentle lymphatic drainage massage is then used to encourage the movement of toxins, stimulate circulation, reduce puffiness and release tension held within the fascia.
