    I offer free 20 minute phone consultations, to talk through your needs and which programme will work best for you.

Online wellness coaching

ONGOING WELLNESS COACHING

  • To hold you accountable and realise your goals with my assistance, I recommend a programme of 6-10 sessions, but this is dependent on what you need.

    Your initial session will be 75 minutes, followed by regular 60-minute sessions. Each wellness coaching package is tailor-made for you, as everyone has different needs.
